The institution Poliklinika Fiziodent (hereinafter: FIZIODENT), through its website at https://www.fiziodent.eu, provides services including the provision of data on the internet, online advertising, an electronic search engine, and the ability to search for data and services transmitted over electronic networks. These services facilitate network access or store user data, as well as manage the content of the aforementioned website.
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the terms and rules for using the aforementioned website by users. The General Terms and Conditions are published in the Croatian language.
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, a service user is any individual over the age of 18 or a legal entity on whose behalf the website is used by a person over the age of 18.

The user agrees not to disclose or make them available to third parties or the public without FIZIODENT’s prior written consent.
ENFORCEMENT OF RIGHTS
FIZIODENT is registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, and in conducting its registered activities, applies the positive legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia as well as applicable supranational EU regulations.
Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this website and these terms and conditions will be attempted to be resolved amicably, in accordance with the relevant regulations in force in the Republic of Croatia. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the competent court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
FINAL PROVISIONS
If any part of these General Terms and Conditions of Website Use is deemed invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
